1.Information about the collection of personal data

Protecting your personal data is of central concern to coe (hereinafter also: "we" or "us"). In the following we would like to inform you about the processing of personal data which takes place in the context of the use of our website www.coe-ea.com (hereinafter: "Website"). Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, including for example your name, address, e-mail address or user behaviour.

When using the Website for information purposes only, i.e. simply viewing it without registering and without providing us with any other information, we process the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. 4. Use of Google Tag Manager

We use Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) on our Website. Google Tag Manager is a tool that allows us to manage code snippets (so-called "tags") on our Website. Google Tag Manager itself does not set cookies or collect personal data. However, it may trigger other tags that collect data – these are described in the respective categories in Section 3 above.

5. Who are the Recipients of your personal data?

To operate our Website, we use the following service providers:

We will not pass on your personal data to other third parties unless we are legally required to do so or you have expressly consented.

 

6. Do you use automated decision making Processes?

The Website is not used for automated decision-making processes (in particular profiling).

The website is currently used for information purposes only, i.e. solely providing the possibility of viewing content without registering and without enabling direct communication between you and coe via the Website.

coe cannot and does not in any way guarantee full accuracy or continuity of information provided on the Website. We might in the future and at our sole discretion decide to change, alter and / or delete any content featured on the Website.
